Double RL
I was tasked to create a series of designs for Double RL, Ralph Lauren's Heritage line. The brief called for biker patch, t-shirt, and hangtag designs, so I turned to some of my favorite markers of American heritage - 1940’s biker patches, WWII military insignia, and Western wear. While these inspirations draw from a myriad history, they echo well onto t-shirt designs for a brand imprint that draws heavily on ephemera for that added cool factor. This project opened doors for over half a decade of design work at Ralph Lauren.
